This reads more like a vague promo than a real comparison. DigitalOcean is just infrastructure, not a CRM, so mixing it with Zoho One as “platforms” is a bit misleading. Zoho One can work if you want an all-in-one stack fast, but it’s heavy, opinionated and you’ll spend time fighting defaults and limitations once you try to build anything custom. If the goal is a marketing service with automation and APIs, the real question is whether you want flexibility or convenience, because you won’t get both out of the box.
