[2012] Best Web Hosting Provider in India?

I have narrowed my list to CreedHost and Net4India

CreedHost is any day better than Net4India. The only difference is that Net4India is better in prices but CreedHost has the best service around. What should I be looking at between these two options?

 

I am not a Indian, but I heard that CreedHost and BigRock as well known Indian web hosing companies.

 

Are looking for servers in India? Or just an company with offices and in India? Well, from the looks of it CreedHost seems like just a ResellerClub company reselling ResellerClub services because their website is a SuperSite, hence they do not own their servers and neither are the ResellerClub servers in India.

For Indian hosting with servers in India you can look at Hostgator India or HostDime India both of these are reputed and good companies in India. Stay away from ZNET any any cost.

I would also not prefer BigRock as they are primarily a Domain Company and their support isint that great.

If you have no problems with servers outside India- take a look at us (am i allowed to recommend my company, if not sorry )

 

I don't think that you can name any webhosting provider as best one. Any host have some troubles and issues

 

Hostgator India is the best option for you. Stay away from ZNET, WebWerks and other new Indian hosts.

Guess everyone heard about HG is selling their business to EIG, seem like EIG is expanding their "land" quite fast.

 

According to latest news, I am hearing its already sold. An public announcement is due though. It's just gonna be a massive downfall for HG from here onwards. :'(

Sad, to see a company that started with a lot of promises but went downhill. Guess the problem was, it went too big, too quickly.

Just make sure, whoever you pick, to do your homework. Web hosting is kinda like going on a job interview.. "its all about being at the right place at the right time." just because 50 other people may have bad experiences, doesn't mean you will.

Do not compromise what had been planned about for the web site just to meet the level of what can just be offered with the cheap web hosting package.

 

There are a lot of good Indian hosts. And you should really give them a try. News ones are good to try because they give their best to make a name in the market.
Anyways if you are looking for servers in India then you might not find much options, but you if you are flexible then you will find plenty. Its perfectly fine to go for servers outside India. Probably you have issues in payment.
