I use kaspersky antivirus 7.0, but the program files are still many who are infected. Is there a better way to protect my files from virus attacks.

The very best is Norton Internet Security then Kaspersky Internet security and finally ESET SmartSecurity. I used all of 3 and currently using Norton Internet Security. My system always connected with internet and DMZ mode on

Go F-Secure then, it is a great software and has done the job correctly for me over the years.

Another good AV is Avast, it has 2 level security system which protects your system fully but it is a bit heavier, so you would need a strong processor and RAM for it.

Kaspersky Anti-Virus has the most frequent updates in the industry so your PC is protected from new viruses before any others, reducing the chances of "day zero" infections. Global Threat Monitoring immediately reports any suspicious file to the Kaspersky Security Network, allowing other Kaspersky users to be alerted and protected within minutes. Thats why Kaspersky is the best AV!
