What ever the case was, Paypal should be flexible with him, since the money wasn't scam, cheat, or stole

In middle east you can do that, it called saving account, but if you want to move the money to other bank or country they'll get $$$ from you.
And even in government law, these laws should be to protect and give rights to people.
Now he is not protected and of course didn't get his rights.

Paypal shouldn't allow him to open an account that located in different IP, Paypal made mistake also and they should be brave and say we made mistake as well.

PayPal didn't make a mistake, the guy opening an account under false citizenship pretenses did.

And they didn't discover that till he got $200K?, Paypal should have known while signing up.

I don't disagree with you that he made a mistake, but i believe Paypal did one as well

But they don't know that. The guy earned 200k within months, that kind of money within such a short period of time might seems suspicious to them. Nevertheless, he made a mistake and now he has to "pay" for it, shame its such a big payment. Bet next time he will be more careful with reading the "terms & conditions" of online services such as paypal.

In my opinion, his site worth getting spread and get revenue from it within short time like this. as i also believe he will be more famous and rich man in near future.

Even i didn't disagree with any of you but i still believe paypal made a mistake too.

Dude, you don't know me so shut it. I'm an ass because I am offering my services? Nice logic bro.

About the situation, the owner of the paypal account failed. Why would you create a U.S. If you are familiar with paypal (if you get such huge amounts of money into your paypal account you should be), then you know that paypal can limit your account, ask for various information, like proof of address etc.

So I have no idea why did he register his account as an American one. It his fault, but he can still resolve, if he will stop whining and will look for people who can advise him on what to do.

Paypal can lock your funds if you have a fake US account. Does paypal have the right to lock funds if you are a US citizen? If so, what are some of the reasons that give them that right. Just curious to know....

Just wondering how the guy got his paypal account verified since he is not from US, basically, he can't get $200K in his account if he is not verified, well, it's a guess since I don't know the paypal rules in US

I used to read, but every single problem happen, they find a rule to stick it to my problem to give them an excuse to block my account, So why bother? I just read forums rules that well catogorize and easy to naviage them later

Due to paypal only , we have to open such kind of accounts. Above guy is not from his own country but what about me? My account get permanent limited. According to email ,"paypal decided to close my account" and acc. to support "your account become permanent limited". I can not send money any where. I have to wait for 6 months for receive the money.

    Paypal really sucks.
