So far I've monetized it using Optimized adsense placements Kontera content link Neverblue ads health merchant banners (CPA) CJ affiliate banners (CPA) text links What other things can I do to boost my revenue? CPM advertising? Your help is appreciated!
www.maxbucks.com has some great health and weight loss products. A nice description about products and a text link go a long way in helping you sell affiliate products. Banner ads won't cut it these days for CPA.

I like FreedomofAds.com for cpm advertising. Feel free to try the big guys like Tribalfusion, Casale Media or maybe even Adsdaq. You can quote your own cpm price with Adsdaq. Wouldn't be a bad idea to sign up with audio ads either as now you can set keywords in the code to play ads that have to do with your niche such as weight loss and nutrition.
