If you are looking for a good affiliate program i would suggest you to use COPEAC, But first we need to know about exactly what you are focusing on ? I mean if the site is a content site you can add affiliated product links so that you can earn from it, and what exactly did you meant for 200 ip ? I assure you are talking about 200 unique visitors a day, well thats pretty good to start with.
