I'm still not understanding the money part on this--are you netting $100 a day after everything? if you have 10 polls running in a day wouldn't you be spending $100 total on adwords to get clicks to each poll?

Also when do these networks pay out? Twice a month?

Showing them results or thank you message after their vote and then offering them link for gift would be standard non-incentivised system, but you are giving them offer page instead of the poll results they are expecting. Are you sure this is not considered incentivised?
have you checked this with affiliate companies?

Yes, netting $100-$150/day after Google cost.

The daily budget is just to "tell" Google you've that budget to spend with them. Google won't send all the traffic you need....not even near.

Networks payout once a month if you're starting out with them.

Incentivised offers means you’re offering an incentive (gift etc.) in return for filling out an offer. With poll method, we don’t send out any gift. So, it’s good to use non-incentivised offers. I've been doing this for months. I don't have problem with those offers.

yes it works....

but of course you have to work on it.... puma's tool made it easier though...

 

There is no magic bullet to success in poll method. Just like any other money-making-method, one have to work on it.

Take action and learn from the process, that's how I make it with this method. One really need to move out from comfort zone though.
