    gettyimages has royalty free images

    flickr

google images maybe ...I am not sure but since it would seem Google is not stealing copy protected images it should be safe.

I agree about the cheap clicks. I got it down to a consistent $0.04-$0.05 per click for one, unfortunatly I didn't realize that the offer wouldn't convert since it was trageted to younger audiences and I didn't have any offers to appeal to them.

As for images I would say google images is fine. Polls are generally only up for a while ahnyways so the likelihood of anyone saying anything is very slim, and if they do itll just be a cease and desist email and you can just take down that poll.

Thank's pumalean for your response and this poll in general. I'm still in the red, but my ROI is slowly creeping towards 0.

    From Google Images FAQ Page.

Are there any copyright restrictions associated with the images?

The images identified by the Google Image Search service may be protected by copyrights. Although you can locate and access the images through our service, we cannot grant you any rights to use them for any purpose other than viewing them on the web. Accordingly, if you would like to use any images you have found through our service, we advise you to contact the site owner to obtain the requisite permissions.

True a poll is a very limited time frame, so weight your options. Getty images has restrictions as well for personal photos and istockphotos are very generic. It just may be one of those things you have to risk if you really want it.

everystockphoto.com has creative commons licensed (free to use, with attribution) piccies. With regard to images found on google, if it is an image that is used all over the place, say like the album cover of a new AC/DC album, then I think you are as at risk as the thousand other blogger who has used it. If the pic is clearly marked "copyright Getty Images, or the Photographer, or the newspaper" ... do not use it.
    thats my 2cents worth.

Nice idea here, I have actually ventured a bit into this and bought a poll creator, its good and makes it easy to create polls, but as i know from my past ventures, then email submits are such things that tend to get scrubbed and shaved.

I mean, that not every user who will complete the offer, get you money, this means that the method wont convert like you said? Or am i missing something :)

    Sorry for stupid question!

I get all my images from Google. If I ever receive a cease and desist email, I'll just take it down. I haven't had one.

    It's all about cost.

    Let me explain:

Say you're running a Michelle Obama poll and your offer is a free McDonalds gift card.

If you're bidding on McDonald's related kw it might cost you a fortune. But if you're bidding on Michelle's related kw, you get cheap clicks. I call them non-commercial kw. And they're dirt cheap.

that's the reason why we use non-commercial kw to attract cheap traffic and monetize. Poll is one of the best method for this. make sense?

    Join CPA networks as affiliate.

people need to complete a few other steps to get those gifts

In the end, it's the quality of the traffic that makes or breaks you. If you're running just blackhat traffic, then you're going to get scrub quickly as the leads do not convert. Polls to me is not so bad.

    But I still pay safe....

As long as you spread your offers over a number of networks, you're good. I never send more than 100-150 clicks to one offer, this keeps me "under radar" and minimize scrub.

I have little success with cpa last year, and still hoping to get that $100/day mark. I have used Yahoo answers earlier with little success.

After looking into this for about 2 weeks now and working on my own polling scripts, I've finally figured out what's going on. Puma has done a good job of giving just enough info to get you all started, but there is one extra piece that is missing from this puzzle.

With enough research you can figure it out as well. Personally, the technique to me is borderline greyhat when it comes to the adwords part of the puzzle. I have also written the scripts that handle this other part for another project, I just need to implement it now.

These are the pieces I believe that puma has for sale, once you realize the method, you'll probably slap yourself for not thinking of this yourself.

Seeing how this thread was supposed to be the "exact method" My only clue I will give is, most bloggers already use the missing part of this method (but with a twist), you just need to combine the vote part/adwords and you are set.

Puma, I think you have given out way to much info. But it at least kept me busy for a couple weeks. It's been fun.

that's not the part I'm talking about, you are only insulting because I was giving clues to help people do what you did without giving full details. But I have changed my mind now.

its the part where you use an rss feed to create your content. Then you mesh a bunch of it all together and make the text the same color of the background. This makes your page look like it has content, and is fooling the ad bot into thinking that. A manual review would turn this up as junk. This only works because these poll doesn't last long enough to get to this point, I would assume.

after that you pull a few more feeds but organize it into a previous articles list with links back to the original article.

at the bottom of the page put in a few backlinks to microsoft, ebay, google and whatnot.

    pollbuzz.info/barackobama/
    Code (markup):
for an example. I was going to post this in the feebies.

Why would one need to hide content from the mediabot?? Its not SEO so all the mediabot cares about is if there is relevant content or not..

    Thats friggen foolish,.....

did you stop to think the poll software does that... and not the actual webmaster??? ;)

Dont get your panties in a knot .....

Exactly, WHY would someone want to hide the content? It's obviously to hide something from someone (or something). If you highlight the "hidden" content it basically a wall of text.

Does it really matter how the content was created? Aren't you still responsible for the end result. This is why I say this is kinda "grayhat". Something fishy about this method I mentioned.

Puma may have a different one, but I doubt it.

I dont know why its hidden in the PPC Coach tool to be honest...I never asked him.

I use another tool and the content is completely in your face... black text on white background... so nothing is hidden.

Being as the method makes use of PPC marketing there would be no need to hide the text.

SEO wise the results would take too long to see so hiding text for SEO purposes would seem useless but again I did not create the tool Steve uses nor did Steve...

    Hope this helps....:)
