Blog comment links are highly overrated, in the best of cases they help you to get a site indexed faster, but not much more. earlier i used to search for dofollow blogs by entering keyword "list of dofollow blogs". But the results obtained were not relevent to my keywords.

Yes, it was really a nice information for finding dofollow blogs.

Well, what id do is I search only Wordpress blogs this way "powered by wordpress" + "your keyword" + commentluv.

This way also, we can get dofollow blogs but all are not dofollow some of them may be nofollow as well.

 

Useful information. This goes back to using advanced search commands to find potential link sources. Other examples to Google are:

keyword "free directory" + "submit url"
keyword "free directory" + "add url"

 

In short, you can also use this term in Google:

"powered by Wordpress" + commentluv + "your keywrod"


Would search all the Wordpress sites which enables commentluv comment format, most of them are dofollow so try using Firefox plug-in to know which one is no-follow and which one is do-follow.

The main thing is to get your comment approvied, if your comment doesn't have quality then wont' be approved by the admin of site.

So try to post quality comment, in this way, you would also be receive quality visitors to your site.

 

Use SearchStatus plugin from mozilla it is best & it highlights nofollow links.

I dont understand the last sentence - after i find relavant blogs with the keyword that I used - do i simply just write a comment after finding a relative post and put in my name, contact, site - etc?

Does this actually do anything to promote my blog, or does it just create another backlink or do i actually have to put a link to my own blog within the comment?

I understand the process and what this is supposed to do - find you specific blogs that are keywordluv enabled - but how does this benefit our blogs?
