[2009] Anyone know of a good wallpaper or picture script? Click for details...

I'm looking for a script where users can upload wallpapers to different categories to be featured on my site. Visitors can browse the categories and download the wallpapers they like, and even rate the wallpapers depending on how much they like them.

Anyone know of a script that can do this?
