    I use avast (free addition). AVG let me down a couple times and avast hasn't failed me yet.

    Please i just want to know if i can still clear up viruses off my infested PC. They are really slowing down my PC. Anyone please recommend me an antivirus that can do this perfectly & leaving no sign of virus.

    Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0 is the best software and I disagree with the guy who advised to switch. Additionally you can download Dr.Web CureIt at www.drweb.com. It's a very good scanner and it doesn't conflict with any anti-virus software.

    As for Avast, I've been using it for a while and my PC ran very slow. It pissed me off extremely.

    started with norton, then outpost and f-prot then bullguard, now on kaspersky

    after a year or so of using the software the system would clog up and it is impossible to tidy up, so then everything get wiped clean and rebuilt.
