Is it the GE earnings report that's driving the Asian markets down?

Intel up 7% in after hours after meeting profit estimates, beating sales expectations and reporting record sales. Now, just finally might be the start of a very nice bull market for tech for the rest of 2008.

Oh, and do you realize they lowered their earnings estimations a few times to a tune of about 40% when it was all said and done? Good "beat" Intel, jackasses.

That was super good results but I would feel that IBM is able to achieve this by internationalization. They provide services to all over the world and banks from everywhere used them.

They are paying 7.9% for this money.

Also some talk about how the LIBOR is off which could really screw some stuff up. Apparently there is a rumor that it will be reset by 30 bps in the morning, which is huggggggggeeeee. The reason for the LIBOR being off is because of manipulation by banks.
