[2008] Free offline website builder

    Does anyone know of any free offline website builders? I want to build a simple site and I cannot code, write HTML, or anything like that. I just want to get the site built and them, when I am ready, upload it to the server I choose. I also don't want to spend a bunch of $$$$ on commercial builders. Thank you in advance.

    http://kompozer.net is the best free WYSIWYG editor that I know of. Just create a new folder and place all your files in the folder first, or if you're creating pages just save it to the folder. Then just open the folder with Kompozer and you'll have a point and click environment.

    I know that FancyCMS has some cool offline site builder.. and they offer some free templates for it

    There are so many free website builders...wherer you don't have to have any HTML knowledge or don't need to learn any programming and you can very easily create your own website.
    Type free website Builders in Google. You will get what you want and can create a website on your own.

    This is the worst site to be recommended to anyone. IF this is a company website, then what should I expect they will deliver to their clients...In fact i recommend this company to first work on their website and then start advertising or you start recommending this website to anyone. So don't simply waste someone's time.

    Thank you for suggesting webstarttoday.com . I recently used it and found extremely easy and comfortable to use. It also offers a lot of features like attractive designs, content, uploading of images and videos, photo gallery, SEO, monitoring, hosting, domain name purchase etc.
