You can use OpenAds and create your own CPM ad program for your site(s). Eliminate the middleman if your site is big/attractive enough to draw advertisers directly.

Theres a list of CPM networks reviewed here. I prefer the first top 2 where I use them on my entertainment site. They are also the top payers and give the best banner ads and service. Some of the larger sites use them as well like freeonlinegames.com.

ValueClick Media is the best CPM network from my experience. They pay via paypal, check or direct deposit and do it on NET-30. Pay date is the 20th of every month and was always on time.
