Hi,

Do you know a good wallpaper script?

I have many folders of wallpapers that i want to use online as web.

Please recommend any good wallpaper script. I want things automated..like auto-resize and making thumbs etc.

I second that. 4Images is by far the best image gallery script out there. It's open source and there are many modifications available on their forums. You might have to pay for a license if your website is commercial though.

 

There is a free one at easysitenetwork.com. Resizes and create thumbnails automatically.

 

Coppermine is definitely among the top on the list..

 

U can also try the Photokorn Gallery... It is not free, but definately worth.

 

I will vote for 4image , i have already used on my 3 sites and happy with this script , lot of themes and mods available for free

4images can't auto create thumbnail!!!

I think that it is too bad!

 

4 images is the best ever , You can even create thumbnails automatically , You just need upload images using ftp then go to control panel and create thumbnail of any size and quality.

I am thinking of making a Wallpaper Script like i did a few months back which i sold. I was thinking if people would like to see another one like that and what features would you like to see.

I am currently looking at the following.

A much better admincp system (user friendly) which will help admin alot.

What other features would you like to see? Please PM me the ideas.

 

Maybe you should tell us what features did the old one have from admin and member sides ?

Comment System (Login first)
Diffrent size's to view the wallapper
Remote file upload (admincp)

I think that was about it.

 

its a killer script that was in the process of being upgraded, but that fell through. i was looking forward to that.

i think picture displaying with a rating system may be good
