Adsense in last 4 months, lowest was $104. This was when I switched the adsense to a new account to see if google indeed related sites by Adsense-IDs. Highest adsense was $242, December. From the monthly income, the asking price seems waaaay over the top, even though it has all those backlinks.

Most websites with Proof of adsense revenue that goes back 6 years get 20-30x their monthly revenue, even today. Just check flippa and CREDIBLE websites with long histories.

With 1 update daily, this site will earn what I'm asking within 6 months. I'd be willing to take half of this money up front and the rest on a creative back-end payout, that relies on meeting goals because I know my site.

 

cBUsiness is legitimate business member of forum. I just purchased a site from him and everything he says was accurate with website. I'm expanding the blog to open a store and earn even more. I plan to buy more from him in the future once I am ready for new site.
