Hello, I run over 15 gaming and entertainment sites and usually adsense picks up the content of the sites in a second and displays very relevant ads almost immediately. This one is different though on http://gameseye.com, even though the site is only 5 days old, yet with 2000+ views a day I would expect the ads to already be relevant. Can you see something I am missing? Any help greatly appreciated Regards
Thank you for the reply, but wouldn't a GAME site , have a word game on it a couple times Also is that for sure?
"Here are some more links to cool flash game around the web:" Careful, labeling your ads as such is against the Google TOS.
I am not encouraging users to click the links though. Also the links are game sites. Just to make sure I will drop a note to Google to review the placement. Thanks for bringing that to my attention
You're not encouraging, but you're misleading the visitor to click. Deceit, I believe, is still against the TOS. As to a game site having the word "game" in it /shrug. Too much keyword density? Happens.
Alrighty, I removed all the text above the ads, wouldn't want such little thing make google unhappy =] I will try to turn down keyword "game" density and see what happens Thanks for the advice
maybe this can help you. put this above your content: <!-- google_ad_section_start --> en this below: <!-- google_ad_section_end --> and also give the crawlers some time .
Add some more text about the games or call them computer games, PC game, or games for windows. If you can get some computer manufacturer ads showing up they pay good Maybe say how great your games are and how well they work on gaming computers. The point being you need more text for AdSense to give you better ads. Put your menu on the right skyscraper on the left.
Bolding my keywords seemed to have worked for my site, although I would make sure not to have the same bold keywords appear too often.
