I doubt anyone will sell you traffic with payment after delivery as traffic has huge cost associated with it. Though, better luck in finding someone for the same. and, it's against TOS of this forum to post duplicate threads. (as quoted by you, that you're posting it second time. Moreover i saw same thread in services section also).
