Hello, yah sorry everyone we have been having some problems with our emails Everything should be making it through now, unless your email address is at Hotmail. For some reason Hotmail won't put them through and they're being marked as spam and shot down... Like they won't even make it to your spam folder! Anyways, I just checked and Gmail and Yahoo are working great and we'll get Hotmail figured out shortly. I also manually verified both or your accounts Enjoy and good luck on the contest!
