    World Explore has come up with another writing contest for you. And the theme for this contest is - Bizarre. The contest allows only original stories written by you.

    The result will be out on December 2, 2008 and prize money will be transferred to the winner within 36 hours.

    Just curious, why do you want Full Name, Address, Date of Birth, Phone Number, Academic Qualifications, PayPal Details, Marital Status, Current Occupation etc "just" to enter a writing contest?

    Is it just me, but does sending all these details to India for a blog that hasn't been updated in 5 months smell rather fishy?

    Can understand your concern. But this contest blog was started 6 months back only and this is the second contest here. These details are collected just to write a decent short introductory article about the winner later on blog. Previously, these details were asked from 5 shortlisted winners only but it gave an idea about who is going to be the winner. This time, it's for all. You need not to smell a fraud outta this contest :). Let others participate if you're little insecure about details :). Keep an eye at blog if you can spare few minutes after 20th. Feel free to contact the winner too once the result is out :)
