Contest $200 Wordpress Theme Contest - 72 Hours

Hello,

I was recently told by Google News that my site appears "warez-ish" how that's possible for a news site I'm not sure.. So I guess instead of unique design I need just a white news site.. I've seen all the free ones so please don't try and submit that.

The theme must accommodation to:
- on post page.. 610x300 image
- 300x250, 728x90 ad sizes

gameinformer.com (not as busy though)

Preferred colors:
- White / Orange / accents of red and/or blue.. but use what looks good.

I can do the full PSD, including post page. But not coding. In my opinion, a coding for a Wordpress site is no less than $250 for a high quality job. And if you are using it for Google site better get a pro coder. However, I can design you a high quality PSD, clean and modern. If that can do, I will design the homepage for submission. If I'm chosen I am gonna design you the post page, search page, 404 not found

How much entries you expect? It's sad that the contest goes like that, I spent hours designing something. Please let me know how many entries you expect, I will design some variance to fill it up.

And BTW, does Google News pay for sites like yours? Just curious about it

They don't "pay" they give traffic.. which then converts (hopefully) into clicks which I guess pays

It's too similar to what I have now. and orange / grey don't really work so well for readability.

Perhaps make a dividing way between the sidebar and the content.. Also, trying to figure out a way to keep ad sizes without the extra scrolling (it's a big problem currently which is also why we asked for the redesign)

Aha, I understand how it works. Really a pain for me to make a news site lol.
