The website must communicate MITA’s values and ethos:

    OUR VISION
To nurture and develop all human potential
    OUR VALUES
    Imagination
    Passion
    Integrity
    Courage
    Nurturing Relationships

What the website should look like
Ø Fresh with a different feel from other NLP ‘boring’ websites.
Ø Accessible – larger or adjustable text size.
Ø Good use of white space - Clean and easy on the eye
    Ø Branded.
    Ø Professional.
Ø Conveys reliable and trusted sources of info and support.
    Ø Exciting.
    Ø Contemporary
Ø Conveys authority, expertise and knowledge on subject.
    Ø Exciting
    Ø Contemporary
Ø Should reflect that we are ‘in the moment’

What the website should not be:

    Ø Cluttered or crowded.
    Ø Disorganised.
    Ø Pretentious.
    Ø Unprofessional.
    Ø Intimidating
    Ø Patronising

    Target audience - Users

    The target audience primarily includes:
    • A broad cross section of people
o either seeking personal development or
o undergoing challenges in their daily lives
    o as such seeking support
    • Male and female from 20+ although parents may well introduce their
    children for support and development

About the brand values and brand messages

What do I want customers to feel and believe......the feeling and belief

that the customer is engaging with a company that is:
    • Professional
    • Approachable
    • Credible
    • Expert in field
    • Dynamic
    • Fresh
    • Personal
    • Giving
    • Passionate
    • Dedicated
    • Inspirational

    What are the brand values?

    • Development not just training
    • Truly caring
    • Encouraging people to reach their full potential
    • Sharing knowledge and learning
    • We all have the resources within us to achieve what we want
    • All behaviour has its origins in positive intentions
    • Talk – listen - share
    • Supportive
    • Informative
    • Accessible
    • Inspiring confidence
    • Encouraging personal responsibility
    • Self esteem
    • Dare to dream
    • Change provokers

What do I NOT want my customers to feel and believe.....that the
    company is:

    • Corporate and distant from the real world
    • Just like all the rest
    • Expensive or cheap
    • Small and unprofessional
    • Just out to make money
    • Uninterested in ‘me’ as a person

Typeface / clean lines, legible not too fluffy but representing a softer non-corporate approach. Needs to have icon's and have more of a social look to it.

Colour palette – softer, modern colours on a white background

Our Current site is located here. We don't want the same colour scheme. Has to be lighter and more social.

Rough Draft click here. Don't copy the design create your own this is just a rough outline.

Logo click here. You can change the colour of the logo if it doesnt fit the colour scheme you are creating.

Winner will be paid by Paypal!
