$200 web design

    I am looking for a well experianced guy who can design and code XHTML/CSS for One Main page and two sub pages at $200.



    I will choose guy with very good itrader ratings and excellent portfolio.

    Can you clarify please, do you just require a PSD/PNG design.. or are you after complete, coded pages? Cheers! :)
