I need a Web 2.0 template. The colors need to be blue, black, and white. I want the text areas to be white. The logo is being worked on right now so I don’t have one for you guys to work from. Leave a space in the top left corner for a logo that is roughly 500 x 100. The site is basically a brochure site for an IT company that does PCs, networks, and Web sites (please forgo any jokes about a web company needing a template, I’m just brokering the deal). I want the code to be CSS, HTML, and PHP. The PHP needs to be for the footer and any navigational areas. The header needs to be HTML. I don't have a preference of fixed vs fluid width. If you are going to submit a fixed width design make sure that it isn't too narrow. The contest will end in 14 days on 6/19/07. I will end it early if something really jumps out at me.
