I have buying a few of the fiveer views offers for some video accounts of mine.
So far there are no problems with deleted accounts.

I wish I knew what program they were using so I could do it myself.
I have a tube viewer program but they are not using something like it.

It sounds like they enter the url and then 'let it run'.
