    I'm giving 200$ To Any person that help me to withdraw money from my limited us PayPal account , wire transfers to us bank accounts is allowed for my account but unfortunately I'm not an us resident .

    Not need any thing. There is some column which you have to fill up in your PayPal and then you can withdraw. You can talk me in chat I have given you my Skype and Gtalk ID

    From my own experience, When a PayPal acct is limited, you need to wait for 180 days before you can be allowed to withdraw your funds.

    After the 180 days, you can easily withdraw to a US bank account. No need to pay anyone $200 for this.

    There is an easy way to get a US bank acct solution and it will cost you one quarter of the $200. Just get someone to assist you. There are people offering the service. You just need to ask.
