$200 plus 50$ for site redesign ideas and Improvement - One Week contest

Hello Guys,
I feel like its just not a good idea to restrict you guys while we are redesigning a site. I think what I am going to do is to close this one for now. Put another one for a compelte redesign and invoice everyone here for a truly good redesign experience.

I just got pm from one of the designers. If you have done some work, plz put up your work and if it was even close to what I am looking for, I will go with it. I am about to put a completely new design contest for another website (no coding reqiured). That design would be from scratch and would give the designers a good oppurtunity. Plus, I am going to pay some amount to every designer who puts up something of value.

Just the header. I changed the links a bit as well as added a slight border to the whole header to seperate it form the background a bit better. Note that only the FAQ and Sitemap icons are original, the others are from free icon sets.
Let me know if these are the minor tweaks you were looking for in the header.

Also, you mentioned you wanted an animation between logo and icons... anything specific?
