    Your traffic is not looking to click on advertisements. So place them anywhere you want, it won't fix the problem.

    I suggest you should concentrate on getting more traffic. Anyway, in the first site, I think the ad unit on the right can be made more attractive via using different color combination. Try different ad units like, 336*280 or 250*250 etc, and put them in different ad placements. Try different combinations of ad units and ad placements to see which one gives you the best CTR.

    pay peer click ads on sidebar are bad choice
    add 350x250 ads bellow and above content
    Since you don't have any navigation bar , I would add link ads bellow header picture

    by the way, with 200 impressions is nothing, don't worry about clicks, work on content and traffic DUDE!

    In my experience, 120x600 skyscrapers don't work well. Try the ad on the left sidebar top, and use 160x600 skyscraper. I tested the 2 out before, and the wider skyscraper converted better for me.

    If you can, try a rectangle or square ad within the content. Content ads have the highest click-through rates by far.

    Just my 2 cents...
