Wants to receive files first, before payment (despite the fact I have a perfect 16 Itrader, compared to his 0). Refusing to pay me. Possible scammer alert.

 

Ha ha. Only just read that.

 

I guess the contest holder being new doesn't realise the community procedure, or maybe isn't used to how contests work. Maybe he's afraid of losing his $350. Generally though, the payment is made first although it's not a total requirement of the contests on DP. It's up to the contest holder but saying that he would pay in advance and then backtracking on that isn't very professional on his part.

Hope it gets resolved anyway!
