200 Ok status code with php header function

    The server had issues, the post was sent twice and I couldn't delete it, so I thought why not ask another question while I'm here? :)

    Is there a free php editor for windows that has some capabilities like colors, auto complete...etc?
     
    If someone posts a solution, use the "Best Answer" link in their post to pick it as the best answer.

    I can't remember if it has auto complete (last I used it was in terminal), but have you checked out VIM?
