Buying $200 Need Wordpress Designer

    I have a budget of $200 for an amazing wordpress designer

    Designer must be very good creating wordpress themes from scratch / from zero.

    payment

    $50 when project has started
    $50 when 1st draft of project has been developed.
    $100 when project has been finished.

    The design we need is NOT easy, you need to know about DHTML and be good in customizing different templates variations per page
    like explained here:
