I have a directory, www.mba-by-blog.com, that is going to be a collection of the most education blog posts about business. I would like to make some of the links on the top bar (Top Links through Suggest a Category) pop up in the center of the screen in a semi-transparent window, while the back page is shadowed. I would also like to do this for the categories. For example, when someone clicks on "Accounting" I would like to display all the subcategories in a pop up window and, when they click on one, close the pop up window and go to that category on the main window. I would like to keep the price below $200, but if it really takes more time than that I"m willing to pay more. I'll take the best price I get in the next 24 hours. PM me or leave a reply here.
