    We restarted the server, because, we updated the OpenSSL package, OpenSSL/0.9.8g is now

    Then it is required to recompile apache, also we are now using Apache 2.2.

    I think you opened our site when the server was restarted. And the restart took about 10 minutes, because of fsck

    Well, I dont think, it is necessary to tell all this to a normal reseller of some other host. You dont need to take care of all these things. You have to sell only hosting na! :p

    You are just blaming us by telling that the server is down for long 3 hours! Well, Is this because I reported a mistake in your hosting package ? that "100mbps unmetered case " ??? I think so dude.
