Here's my experience so far... I have not received this: I did, however, receive a list of about 72 search engines and directories, some of which were duplicated and others down. My site is a bar/pub forum. On this list that my site was supposed to have been submitted to are: - a directory of firearms links - the Armenian Medical Network - An India news & views site - an auction site - a site about pregnancy, birth, and babies I was able to find my site listed on only 1 of the items on the list, and the text that goes along with the site listing is full of mispelled words.
I've told you that as a bonus i am usualy submiting a website in around 50 unrelated web directories, because i think search engines like this. And this is not all if you got a few backlinks from pages writed in others languages will help even more. I will send you a screen shoot of the e-mail i used when i registered your website.But please be pantient it will take more then 2-4 days until the webmasters of those web directories will approve your website In some very high PR web idrectories will even take 1-3 months!!! And I am still working on that script, but as i told you got a few problmes (not business/programming related for the next 24 hours) - an fxxx exam , because of that didn't got the chance to finish that script.
What you say above leads me to believe that you're going to be submitting my site to 250 web directories? The original 200 you mentioned plus the 50 "bonus" directories? You said that you would "send daily reports", which you haven't. When will I see those? You say that you will send me a screen shot, when will I see those? I submitted one of my sites to 149 directories between 10-28 and 10-30, I've already received 107 confirmations that my site has been listed. If you started submitted my sites to 250 directories when I paid you (on the 27th) you should have received a whole load of responses by now, yet I have nothing from you! If you don't have the time or resources to do this, you shouldn't have taken my money and said you would get this done.
Script?! That sounds dangerous ... Everyone make sure it is manually submissions, automatic submissions is playing with the fire with Google ... There are excellent lists created for this sole purpose - use them instead and not some strange Googling. I recommend the list from Dan (currently down) and my own
Oh, good catch, I didn't even notice that! redhits - you said you were doing these submissions manually, what's this script all about?
