Buying $200 Challenge - Get my site to page 1 and get $200

I would like to challenge someone that is good at seo to get my site to page 1 on google for my keyword.

Its a one keyword challenege and the competition is 964,000,000 results. I am on page 29 currently.

If you seriously think you can do this then let me know.

I will only take on 1 person for the challenge, otherwise I would not know which person did it.

$200 will be paid via paypal as soon as the site hits page 1 for the keyword.

you will have 1 month maximum time.

Yes maybe if the site was new and not ranked at all.
I am on page 29 for this keyword, so remaining competition is only 290 sites.

SEO to get to page 1 in one month for 200? Doesn't seem very reasonable especially with a keyword that's so popular
