    Try to use other color's for the ads. Because i did not even notice them :p. Also put them close to pictures, always works :).

    I would suggest putting the ad banners in the middle section of your page maybe between every 3rd or 4th video you have posted - thats where Im focusing when looking at the page.

    They are too high up on the page sidebars, if you bring them near the bottom its giving the visitor more options to click on something when they reach the bottom of the page.

    Your ad links at the bottom looks good.

    If you are going for the CPM campaigns later then yes but it all boils down to what gives the higher the payout, this may take some testing of placement.
