Other than your lack of posts in recent weeks, is there a reason for the dramatic drop in revenue this year?

no traffic history prior aug 2016
however, income charts are prior of aug 2016...
It looks like the site is an autoblog...
which means nothing more then duplicate content....
    (I checked copyscape...)

The DA/PA are very strong, so the site was probably
purchased as an expired domain, and not knowing the
true history could prove risky. If the domain has a clean
link profile, then the domain could do very well from
a restart using high quality content...

But I really do not know what type of link behavior the
last owner did...obviously not good enough to keep
him in business, unless the owner died or something....

a 1000 visitors a/day on a news site is all but worthless
untargeted traffic, however, setup a profitable niche site
and who knows, it could become profitable very fast.

I asked this previously via pm and didnt get an answer
    1) Does the bing PubHub account for bing news come with the sale?? this is essential as otherwise its worthless

    2) Also, a lot of content is automatically pulled as I mentioned via Pm, which wp plugins are responsible for this and do they come with the sale?

    3) What is the end date of this auction?

You just Pméd me regarding the pubhub account that another of your sites is added to it
The site in question is worthless without the bing news inclusion and you can remove this at any time
I am buying a site WITH bing news inclusion that means it HAS to come with the account as almost all the traffic originates from there
So is the buyer going to get the pubhub account or not?

Also please answer the other questions

Okay, so if the site cannot be transferred smoothly to another persons new pubhub account then the buyer will get the original pubhub account?
Just need to make sure here that we agree on these things before the sale.
Please reply here so there can be no confusion later.

In that case, as you mentioned you can transfer the site pubhub profile out to a new account, can you do so prior to the sale?

Simply open a new email and pubhub then transfer over

Looks like I won the auction. Since this is an auction you will have to honor the sale as per DP rules.

This is extremely unethical considering this is an auction and there would be no purpose to having any auctions on DP if anyone can abscond if they wish.
if there was a legit buyer they would have had to make a bid via the bid system as per DP rules, since they have not, I have won. I am entitled to the site.
*would a bid have been made they would likely have been outbid by me automatically as I put in an autobid. Also, even if i was outbid I would have been able to bid again, which I likely would have.
I have already informed a mod of this bullcrap.

You are incorrect. There is nothing unethical about this website sale. I wanted the website immediately, I did not want to wait until the auction closed. I offered the CanadianBacon close to what his BIN price was.

I could have simply put a bid in for $400 and he could have then closed the auction. It would have had exactly the same outcome.

Wrong, you should have made a bid. It would NOT have the exact outcome as I had a much higher autobid and you would have been 100% outbid.
If you made an offer close to the bin you should by dp rules have made this through the auction system itself.
What you did instead is disrupt and undermine the entire auction system on dp and practically made this useless.
You also managed to steal this site which I would have likely won otherwise if you did things fairly and ethically under my nose.
So no, my eyes there is nothing fair or ethical at all about how you managed to sneak a site out of an otherwise if run properly a competitive auction.
I can guess OP did this because he got it too hot under the nose with the direct questions I asked in public regarding the pubhub account which would otherwise jeapourdize his sale price.
I would be very weary of dealing with the OP in any type of business deal as he will break the rules as is convenient only for him and not any potential buyer or dealer.

You're making things up. I could have put in 100,000 and it would have had the same out come of the OP selling ti to me for the agreed price as long as I took immediate possession.

That is business. As you grow up you will learn more about it.
You would not have won it. I could have pressed the BIN and the website would have been allocated to me. It would make no difference on the end price or the ownership. i.e. I would still own it for the agreed price. Making an accusation that I stole the website is defamatory and you should be more careful.

Quite the opposite. OP has been pleasant to deal with and a true gentleman. However, if you're thinking about doing a deal with gregevskye, well you can read this thread and make up your own mind. My opinion is that you are potentially mentally unstable.

First of all trying to spell properly and stop pretending you have so much cash, if you were at any point even fair or ethical you would have made that bid of a bin via the bidding system and if you had so much money why did you even bargain for less than 1000 it just seems like you are full of air and all talk. 100% you would have been outbid by me as I said earlier I had a much higher autobid for nearly the bin already but you sneaked like a little kid in a candy mart, this is not business, this is like a little kid who could not get what he wants the proper way which would have been making a bin or a bid via the auction so goes behind people's backs.

Please stop pretending you are a baller and more experienced than me. You bought this site for a measly 800+ nothing to write home about little man.

Just talk. You did not bin or even bid. Facts are I had a legitimate bid and a much higher autobid and would have bid again given the chance which as in any auction is the ONLY proper way to obtain the site. On flippa your dumbass would have been banned by now. I am not accusing you I am stating a fact. You are a sneaky little man.

There was never a doubt about the OP his gentle way, this is not at question. My dealings with him were pleasant but his business ethics just suck balls.
You undermined the entire auction system and circumvent a legitimate sale of which the OP is just as much guilty and then try to all disrespectful to legitimate bidder and someone who abides by the rules and did absolutely nothing wrong. Sorry little man, you are as unethical as it gets.
