    Hello,

    I have a gaming website for sale (GamerzPlace.net/Gamerz-Place.net)

    I originally bought the domain Gamerz-Place.net in 2002 and have been running the forum here.

    Later on I acquired the GamerzPlace.net domain and have been using both.

    The forum community has a custom made theme (1 of a kind).

    There is some monetization with Google Ads.

    However, the site was initially built as a hobby site and not intended to generate $
