    all websites have VALID page rank (16 of them pr3,4 of them pr2)
    its good choice for you if you be able increase their page rank or sell links on it.
    about 7-8k visitors per month for total deal.
    you will get content by email or i will upload a cpanel backup.and domains will be transferred to your godaddy account in 10mins maximum
