Contest $20 Word Document Template design contest

Hi all – this is a quick, but a little different, kind of contest.

We are wanting a tri-fold A4 leaflet producing in Word format that will allow us to amend the text – like this example

It will be double sided and incorporate the following design idea:

The leaflet will include a menu of the training packages we offer. The idea we are trying to create is that a student can ‘get on board’ with our introductory training programs and ‘stay on track’ with us until they reach their ‘training destination’ – so we want the image to create the sense of a journey – a railroad journey [railroad = train …. Get the idea?]​

So we envisage the image of a train, the tracks going through the leaflet to a destination.

The key thing for us is that the actual text on the leaflet must be easily changed as our training packages change. So the image needs to have the ability for (something like) transparent text boxes to have text added/amended at will.

If that doesn’t make sense then please ask anything/everything.

Indeed not. The example is just to show the size/layout that we are wanting.

 

just one quick question. can you provide with an idea of what details you will have on each page so we can incorporate some additional images on the basis of it.

 

Sure - at this stage the additional details will include a number of training courses, offered to adults, to get them back to work, to improve their business skills. It is likely the details will always be adult training courses - but they will vary over time as to the subjects we are training.

Hi there, I am not sure If I understand you, but..do you want to create just front page or do you have some text for inside and back pages? And which format do you need - .doc or .dot? Thanks!

 

The design will be for both front and back - each with appropriate text boxes for us to insert course details. Thinking about the format - I suspect we will need it in .dot format. Thanks for the questions.

 

Ah well - it appears to have not been a popular contest. If there was a reason - maybe the format was wrong? maybe the price was too low? maybe ... ?
