$20 to recreate line art with Freehand or other program

    I need someone to recreate my line drawing at a high res (300dpi) and then color in the various parts, car, bumpers, wheels, man, hair, etc. List of colors will be provided to person I choose. I'm guessing Freehand would be the best program but whatever works will do.

    Hello here's my try. I have used Illustrator. Everything can be adjusted. If chosen I will color it according to your need.
