Buying 20$ to fix and simplify a javascript /php form validation script

i need someone to fix a validation and email script made of 1 js and 1 php file.

It should :

validate general fields -> validate email address -> send user to thanks page -> send email to site owner and user who filled the form

No jquery, no additional file, job is about cleaning , securing and fixing the actual script
