$20 to First Person Who Can Fix My Nav Bar

    Basically, I want my navigation bar to look/function the same as the one on MTV.com. Mine is already set up and I will provide you with the 1px border to place on each side of the text. All you'll have to do is code it properly and make it so that it looks the same as MTV.com's when it's rolled over. Extremely simple.

    Two stipulations:

    1. You MUST have AIM.
    2. You MUST have PayPal
