20$ small webpage design

i want it to have a more web 2.0 look to it, i have a logo already


I was thinking just something simple yet modern, i eventually will have some kind of link structure to the site so i would like a bar accross the top of the page where i can have links like "home" "most viewed" "most recent"

dont worrie about the functions related to uploads, i will just require a teble in the middle of the page where i can paste the php script.

i like this one above, but i would like to see some kind of faded background like in the original site, but with a different color perhaps
