    How many sites do you think there are under an established hosting company's server, there should be no high PR site that are not hosted on a dedicated, with that logic

    I would use separate c-class ips for each site then use the a-b-c linking to get your PR up

    and lastly buy text links on high page rank websites to get listed and listed higher with google
