    He's stealing. He's ripping off the original artist.
    Anyone has a right to tell them what they're are doing is wrong, both legally and ethically. Anyone has a right to report them to the original artist.

    If you can't make your own original design, or find something you're allowed to use, then don't enter the contest. Nobody is forcing you to.

    Not all clipart is illegal to use in commercial designs, it just so happens the one used here is.

    It's nice to know that some designers on DP would rip someone off and break the licensing terms, just for $20.
    It's nice to know that CHs on DP really don't care.
