As the title says , for example i have a list with arround 20 pr6 pages to comment on them .
I know that PR is not important, but its a factor for my website
    so ..
    20 PR6 Comment links = PR6 for your site ? or 30 for that matter ?

I don't think so. You need hundreds of PR6 backlinks to get PR6 for your site

The lesser outbound links on the PR 6 the better for you to build PR. The general rule is to keep building from high PR sites. You'll see your site increase PR eventually.

Well there is no specific count or rule which says if you have 20 links pointing back to you from PR6 means you will have PR6.

There are various factors, which only google knows
    BUT

What we all know is yes High PR backlinks to our site turns into a high PR for website

Before thinking so high you have to first improve the articles on your site. Make them look more interesting, do researches on your niche, make a good and simple theme, get some quality targeted traffic and then think of PR6.

Cause reaching PR6 is not a piece of cake, that you would comment on 30-40 pr6 do-follow blogs and you will reach PR6. No, you are wrong.

There is a no correct equation, It likes an algorithm. But many backlinks from high PR pages with less out bound links help too improve your PR. But we can't tell the exact PR.

It'll certainly help. The problem with blog commenting is that the PR of the blog post tends to fall away as newer posts get made on the blog.

I'm link building and spending a few hours everyday just to comment in blogs. Hope my hard work will pay off. Thanks for the tips above. This gives me a clearer idea.

Well, I'm not sure about getting yours to PR6. But, you'll get some PR juice from them as long as they're dofollow links.

    Hi Don,

    What are you offering?
It would depend if they are related to any of the niches I work with.

    Let me know,

    Thanks.

    *nod*

One more thing to consider is how long the link is kept on the site. They don't transfer full PR instantly

If it was that easy to get PR6 then there wouldn't be so many sites with PR0.

"I know that PR is not important" - I'm not even going to talk about that.

I have found that if you can get a link on PR5 or PR6 sub page where the acutal homepage is PR7 or PR8 you will get to PR6 faster.

There was a rule which stated that you need 18 PR6 links or 3 PR7 links or 108 PR5 links to get to PR6. However, mere link building can only get you so far and for getting a PR6 rank, you need to diversify your link building options bigtime.

Simply nobody can tell that there is no such equation other than big G. The fact is that nobody knows that. But there should be a strong, predefined criteria for giving PR.
