20$ Per Banner - I need 5 of them

I need 5 total banners. I will pay you 20$ per banner that I like. If you create 5 good ones you will get the 100$. I'm looking for a 300x250 advertising banner for CampusBreak.com. I would like 1 of them to look something like the banner below. I like how the images look like videos which will increase ctr. The other 4 will be up to you guys. I want a banner that would appeal to college kids so video's, sexy girls and so on.

Umm not too many guys if any in the banner. Since 99% of the sites traffic is guys I think they would be more prone to click on a banner with girls in it.
