$20 - New Contest - Header for Website

    Need an elegant design for my new website.

    Website: VegasInsider.com

    Would like a "VI" Logo, with VegasInsider.com in smaller print near bottom of the banner.

    Banner size: 700x150
    Color scheme: Black background, with orange and blue graphical features, etc.

    Its a website that has vegas information... gaming, hotels, dining, entertainment, etc... so make it fun and elegant.

    I am paying $20 to the winner, and $5 to the runner up.

    I will give this contest 3 days.

    If the winner has itrade of over 25, I will pay first before recieving the docs.

    I would like the blue to be more like this color: 3377ab
    and the orange: dc8c02

    Otherwise, if it were 700 by 150 it would be ready to go.
