This is a fan site and forum for one of the most popular strategy game called Age of Empires 3. This game has been the most successful game for Microsoft in this franchise and also had an expansion release not too long ago as well.

This site is about 20 months old and is my last gaming forum which I own. The forum has some very dedicated members who manage and administrate the site and love doing it on their spare time.
The reason why I am selling this website is because I don’t have time to manage it anymore. I use to run contests on the site where members would be eligible of wining prizes, but I haven’t had the time due to my full-time work to put the effort in once again to do such things.

I recommend upgrading though, as this has been requested by the dedicated members of the forum who actually take care of it.

 

Looking at your stats I see that your traffic in now half your average. To what do you attribute this decline? How were you promoting it?

 

What do you mean by "dedicated" members? Some of the sections haven't been posted in since mid last year.

Why are so many members banned? Everytime I look at the forums I see a red username with a strike through it. Are those spammers? Because it seems to me that a majority of the people there are spam bots.

Looking through your member list only the first 5 pages (when sorted by posts) have people with over 2 posts. The next 15 pages are pages are people with 1 post or less (13 of those 20 total pages are people with 0 posts).

panama: Traffic has gone down because I just haven't maintained the site as I did last year. Whoever purchases the site can put the effort in and bring it back to it's original status or beyond.

[RS] - By dedicated I mean there are members who take care of the site and have admini privlages. They do this on their own spare time. THey have been there and will always be there to take care of the site.

[RS] - They have been banned recently because there was a sudden increase in spam bots and we are working very hard to get rid of them by banning them.

how much revenue does the site bring without the ringtones site in the channel?

 

The site is not sold yet, I am going through the highest offers that are in my message box and I have to do this on 2 different boards this site was posted on, so please bare with me.

The ring tones channel doesn't bring much revenue but if someone clicks there once a month it does yeild a very high pay out but only a fraction of the over all monthly revenue.
